  • 1 cup water, filtered if possible
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups kale, any variety, optional


  1. Blend everything together until smooth. Add water to adjust the sweetness and consistency, if desired.

Recipe Notes

This is a very yummy, but sweet, smoothie so sometimes I add greens to tone the sweetness down!
