Hello!  I receive a ton of Instagram messages from people asking about the different types of endo-friendly foods I eat on a daily basis.  I have finally decided to start uploading ‘What I Eat In a Day videos’.  Hopefully these will give you a better understanding of the large variety of vegan, gluten free, soy free food options we have available to us!
