I am a soy free, gluten free, plant-based eater! I eat this way to control my endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and migraines. Many people believe someone like myself would have no tasty options for food, but the truth is that my options are limitless.
I want to start sharing my vegan grocery hauls on this blog so you all can see the large variety of food vegan’s who are soy & gluten free have! With the groceries I show you in this video (and in the Thrive Market Haul video coming next) I plan to make a spicy quinoa kale wrap with a red pepper cashew dressing, my favorite green smoothies, taco bowls with pico de gallo and guacamole, sundried tomato stuffing, garlicky kale scampi with quinoa pilaf, and a ton more meals for the next two weeks. ALL vegan, gluten free, and soy free!
