Strawberry Oat Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 4 medjool or california dates, pitted
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water, filtered if possible
Blend everything together until smooth. Add water to adjust the sweetness and consistency, if desired.
