Regarding the cookbook, I created it before I became 100% plant based, so it follows the Daytime Vegan formula (eat “vegan” during the day). The cookbook contains several daily meal plans (plant based breakfast smoothie or breakfast recipe, plant based lunch recipe, non-vegan dinner recipe). For example one meal plan might have a breakfast Blueberry Oat Smoothie, Southwestern Veggie Wrap for lunch, and Cajun Shrimp for dinner.
