What a GREAT line up. I’m new to your site (relatively, anyway), and love looking at what you come up with. This line up looks so delicious, how easy it would be to incorporate into my life (and not miss meat and dairy).

Some of this food looks delicious. I’m not sure I could switch to being vegan full time, but I’d definitely like to try some of this.

Lol, you must’ve missed all of the meat dishes on here! Daytime Vegan doesn’t teach a 100% vegan diet. Eat vegan for breakfast and lunch, eat meat for dinner. Thanks for visiting.

Thank you so much Simon!!! I’m really glad you like the Daytime Vegan lifestyle. I feel like it’s an easier healthy lifestyle that people can follow long-term. Who wants to count calories/carbs for the rest of their lives?! And thank you for letting me use your recipe!! I can’t wait to do this again with you.

Thank you for featuring my Barbecue Baked Beans! I think it’s great that you’re promoting eating less meat. It’s good for the animals and it’s better for your health too. It is much easier than you might think to be vegan though. I have been fully plant-based since April 2015 and eat better now than I ever have. I love it and feel so much better.

Thanks for your kind words. Something people don’t know about me is that out of the 365 days in the year, I eat 100% vegan about 355 of those days. My husband eats chicken so I cook it for him. A few times a year I may have clams or scallops because I absolutely love them! I know how easy it is to eat 100% vegan. I definitely could if I wanted to. But most people don’t want to, so I figured eating more plant foods and less meat is the best compromise!! I greatly appreciate your feedback. 🙂
